Fun Activities in Negril

Include dog-sledding as part of your fun activities in Jamaica. It is an unique experience. You get to meet these loveable dogs and their musher.

Negril can be a sensual, fun-loving place where you can lay out on a beach nude or be a destination for families with young children.

These two Negrils comprise of the earthy and funky West End and the more formal and more upscale East End of Negril.

Jamaican Cuisine - Recipe Of The Month

Banana Bread Pudding

This is a guilt-free dessert that is sweet and soothing without a speck of white sugar.

Most baked goods have sugar as an ingredient, but here you'll note that we use honey instead of granulated sugar.

Enjoy!!!

Makes 8 servings Prep time: 30 minutes

Banana Bread Pudding

  • 4 cups half and half

  • 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
